Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Car.

Around 18:45 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded with a speed of about 50 kilometers from the front road of the "Dongi Love" in the vertical separation of the local Donnam-Eup at the time of e.g., the Gunnam-Eup at a speed of about 50 kilometers per hour.
