Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CP car. A.

On October 24, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol at a 0.244% (blood collection) with a blood alcohol concentration around 06:45 on October 24, 2012, a daily log in the original phase of the said vehicle.

In the front of the bank, approximately 1 km section was operated from the end of the road to the front of the fluoric shock charging station in front of the bank.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was driving the same vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol as above in the preceding paragraph, and was driving the same vehicle at a non-driving speed not exceeding three-lanes from the front side of the road at the same level.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the following accidents: (a) Radver satum satons and tensions that require approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the victim D; and (b) Hadver f(54 years of age and remaining) that require two-time medical treatment to the victim F (F).
