A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the defendant living together with D, the main business owner of the "C" located in Heak-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and the victim E (the victim, the 49 years of age) is an employee of the above business establishment, and the defendant and the victim are aware of it.

1. On June 6, 2018, around 22:00 to 23:00, the Defendant: (a) sited outside the back door of the “C” and flabeded the victim’s left chest with his/her own hand in order to force indecent act by force; and (b) turned the victim’s left chest into his/her clothes.

3. 피고인은 2018. 6. 말경 22:00~23:00경 제1항과 같은 장소에서 피해자가 담배를 피우러 나오다 먼저 나와서 담배를 피우고 있던 피고인을 발견하고 되돌아가는 피해자를 강제추행할 마음을 먹고 갑자기 피해자의 왼쪽 손목을 낚아채고, 이에 피해자가 피고인의 손을 뿌리치자 계속하여 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 옷 위로 툭 쳤다.

4.
