1. All plaintiffs' lawsuits are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties 1) Defendant (C&C Co., Ltd. on April 5, 2016) changed from C&C to D&C Co., Ltd. to D&C.

A) As a CATV broadcasting business entity established on January 25, 200, a CATV broadcasting business entity is running cable TV business in the metropolitan area. (2) The Plaintiffs are sub-business entities entrusted by the Defendant with the installation, maintenance, management, and removal of facilities, etc. necessary for the customer to receive cable broadcasts within a given area.

B. 1) The Plaintiff T&Cnet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff T&Cnet”) concluded a trust agreement between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant.

(1) On October 1, 2009, the Plaintiff T&Cnet concluded an entrustment contract with the Defendant and entered into between October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 with the content that the Defendant will handle the Defendant’s business and receive the commission in the Seoul Mapo-gu area with the exception of Hoamdong, Jungdong, and Sungdong, and that the Defendant will process the Defendant’s entrusted business under the same contract terms by extending the contract period from December 31, 201. The Plaintiff T&Cnet entered into an entrustment contract with the Defendant on January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, and managed the Defendant’s entrusted business under the same contract terms and conditions as the Defendant’s entrusted business terms and conditions even after the contract term expires (hereinafter “Plaintiff T&Cnet”) and the Defendant’s entrusted business terms and conditions. The Plaintiff T&Cnet entered into an entrustment contract with the Defendant on December 21, 2012 to 31, 2011.
