1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part that the Defendant sought revocation of the restitution disposition against the Plaintiff on May 13, 2016.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who was a member of the National Cemetery of the National Cemetery of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and is the actual operator of the “C Research Institute” (hereinafter “instant Research Institute”).

On July 22, 2014, the Defendant approved the said Institute’s project plan, and on the same day, granted the said Institute a decision to grant subsidies of KRW 150,000,000 to the said Institute.

(2) After completing D’s performance, the instant researcher submitted to the Defendant a statement of project promotion and a settlement report accompanied by evidentiary documents on November 5, 2014, and the Defendant approved the details of the subsidy execution on December 22, 2014.

(3) Unlike the first-stage performance program, B had to implement the second-stage performance program directly. Accordingly, the cultural facility business office of B/Si cultural facility concluded a free contract (contract amounting to KRW 18,800,000) with the representative F on September 22, 2015 regarding the repair, production, and division of performances at B/Si D events in 2015, and implemented the said performance program.

C. However, on April 26, 2016, the Cheongnam-do Audit Committee sent a written request for disposition on the result of “G election-related public office inspection” notified by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs to the Defendant.
