C On December 6, 2011, upon being sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of aiding and abetting an offender, etc. at the Jeonju District Court sentenced two years of probation, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 14, 2011. On April 12, 2013, the Jeonju District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstructing performance of official duties, etc. at the Jeonju District Court, which became final and conclusive on April 20, 2013, and the said judgment was revoked, and the remaining term of imprisonment with prison labor was expired on February 28, 2014 during the execution of each of the above punishment.

A On June 4, 2014, the children of the H candidate I in the Dong-dong local election nationwide, and the defendant B is the latter part of the defendant A, and the defendant C, the defendant E, and the defendant D are the relatives of each defendant B.

No one shall spread any newspaper carrying an article about an election in a way other than the ordinary way.

Nevertheless, the Defendants moved from around 02:00 to 04:00 on June 3, 2014 to the gallon of the Dong Dong-dong to Defendant A, and put up 130 copies in the aggregate of “G” and 122 copies “G” as of May 22, 2014 and “G” as of May 29, 2014, in the house price and commercial entrance in the above Dong-dong, where a critical article for K, which is a candidate for the above local electionH, is published.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to publish the article about H election in a way other than ordinary way.
