Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 7, 2017, the Defendants: (a) committed a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint rapion) around September 7, 2017, with the knowledge that the victim F (18 years old) and G would drink together with Defendant B’s female-friendly equipment and that they would share with the victim’s house to gather money from the victim.

2.
