1. Defendant A
(a) Any person who intends to run a petroleum selling business in violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall register with the competent authority;
Nevertheless, around 21:15 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant did not register in front of the cargo complex Ddong in Yangsan-si Water Complex. From around January 7, 2015 to the above temporary date, the Defendant sold 37,716,900 won in total to customers who cannot know their names by using the above truck or I tank truck, including selling 100 liters loaded on G truck with PVC transit, gas supply, and strawing, and selling the 100-liter oil to H.
