A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall borrow or lend any electronic financial transaction access medium while demanding, demanding or promising the consideration;

On May 27, 2017, after this framework, the post office homebook was sent to G on May 27, 2017: ① “The physical card and its identification number linked to the D BankF account in the name of the E, OTP, and the job series (Univ Bus, USB), and ② “E H Bank account (I; hereinafter “I account”); and ② sent the physical card and its password, OTP, and the certified certificate USB to G for access to electronic financial transactions.
2. A person who violates the National Sports Promotion Act (replacement, etc. of gambling) is not entrusted by the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Sports Promotion Foundation”) and is entitled to vote for sports promotion [a sports leisure game in which a purchaser who sells the betting results and who takes advantage of scoin as a result of selling sports games, pays refunds and dividends, etc., is entitled to the fixed rate of refund.”
