A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 21, 2018, around 01:08, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked window and intruded into a restaurant through windows, and then stolen KRW 4.20,000 in cash during the payment period for cash withdrawal in the account book.

2. Larceny;

A. On May 21, 2018, around May 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around May 21, 2018; (b) around 21, 2018, at the “H” singing practice place operated by the victim G (36 years old) on the first underground floor in the Seoul Special Metropolitan Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City FF-gu (36 years old); (c) caused the Defendant to commit the theft of KRW 46,00 in cash.

The driver's license, credit card, 1,000 won merchandise coupons, 5,000 won merchandise coupons 5,000 won merchandise coupons, and the market price in cash-based test was stolen.

On May 24, 2018, the Defendant, around 15:05 on May 24, 2018, destroyed the “N” that was managed by the victim M(69 years of age) of the Mapo-gu Seoul L and the first underground floor (hereinafter “N”) by the Defendant, on May 24, 2018.

(d)

On June 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on June 2, 2018, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul O apartment complex guard room, in which the victim P (61 years of age) who is a security guard was placed on his/her own seat in the cell phone case where the victim P (61 years of age) was placed on his/her own seat in the guard room, taken up one copy of the bank check card of the victim.

In other words, they stolen them.

E. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around June 4, 2018, at the victim R (46 years) of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Q and the third floor around 07:47, and the SP, operated by the Defendant, is in the account room for the gap in which the scambling employees are posted.
