Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 17, 2020, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for about 40 minutes, such as: (a) at the D cafeteria operated by the Victim C (Woo, 60 years of age) in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) at the D cafeteria, the Defendant was able to pay the money lent by the said cafeteria E, an employee of the said cafeteria; (c) at the same time, the Defendant was able to pay back the money; (d) “spawh, spathh, and spathn”; (d) the Defendant was flading the drinking cans on the floor; and (e) the Defendant was able to bring about the alcoholic beverage in the cooling.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's above restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant, even if having received food from the victim C at the time, time, and place specified in Paragraph 1, by deceiving the victim by ordering food and alcoholic beverages as if he had no intent or ability to pay the price, and had the victim paid the price normally, and was provided with two kings, two 2 cans, four jus, four jus, one disease, and one disease in the middle of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
