1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,276,120 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 12, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

(A) A creditor is deemed to have led to the confession of the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the defendant was served with the original copy of the payment order in this case and submitted only a written objection against the formal payment order, but did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific response.
