Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant driven DSS5 vehicles as CProduction Industrial Technical Personnel Co., Ltd. located in budget-gun B.

1. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”), driving the said vehicle at around 09:00, and driving the street in front of the 287 Madro-Seoul Maduk-Eup at the time of the truth, in the direction of unity from the budget-based room.

Drivers have a duty of care to live well on the front and right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and duty of operation.

Around 09:00 on June 25, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the section of approximately 12 km from the upper corner of the Chungcheongnam-gu Budget-In Budget-In Budget-In Budget-In Budget-In City to the upper corner of the Sinjin-si 287, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.063%.
