The defendant is based on the termination of title trust on July 6, 2020 with respect to the ships listed in the attached list to the plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Plaintiff entered into a title trust agreement with the Defendant on August 26, 2019 with respect to the instant vessel, and it is evident in the record that the Plaintiff’s copy of the complaint of this case, which contained the termination of the title trust and the claim for the return of ownership of the instant vessel, was served on the Defendant on July 6, 2020, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the instant vessel on July 6, 2020.
