On June 20, 2013: (a) around 23:10, the Defendant driven B vehicles while under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from the front road of the additional digital station in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the road of about 1-11, Guro-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.051%.
