Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B rocketing or another car.

1. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, at around 18:00 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 30 km from the front of the 316km petition stops in the direction of Seoul Metropolitan City on the Gyeong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-ri to the Magsan-ri, Chungcheongbuk-gun, to the front of the 316km petition stops.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license.
