Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a B car rental car.

On August 23, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.089% from blood alcohol level on around 21:46, and came to the ice-type intersection at the e-mail of the Si of Gwangju City at the beginning of the Si of the Si of Gwangju, at a speed of 80km from the east-si, East-si, East-si, at a speed of 80km from the east-si, Gwangju.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.

2. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.089% from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the ice-distance road located within the same Eup/Myeon border, from the beginning of the beginning of Gwangju-si to the ice-type road located within the same Eup/Myeon.
