Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2015, at around 23:23:23, the Defendant carried out a P2P file sharing program, which is a P2P file, at the residence located in the Dong-gu Busan, Busan, and then downloaded a 'E' file containing a 'E' file, which is a copyrighted work of a copyright holder C, and automatically downloaded it, thereby allowing many unspecified people to freely download the said copyrighted work, thereby infringing on the copyright of the copyright owner.
