A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 1325] The Defendant, around 03:05 on March 21, 2014, called “D” restaurant in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, “D,” thereby threateninging the victim by saying, “I will all die of all people who will die, if you are in a solitary form.” The Defendant cut off the phone in a solitary manner after he cut off the phone, with the call being cut off, while she saw the soft-called “I will die, I will die, I will die.” In doing so, the Defendant sawd the so-called f(29 years) of the victim, who is seated in the next table, of the dangerous object, and putting the so-called “I will die, I will die.”
[2014 Highest 2723] On February 16, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch, and on May 13, 2014, the above summary order became final and conclusive upon receiving a summary order of KRW 5 million for a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch.
