Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 2020, from around 23:00 to around 03:00 on March 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the business of the victim C, “D” operated by the victim C, who was in the said restaurant without any reason, was unable to avoid disturbance, such as her name-free customers who were in the said restaurant, her name-free, her openings, and turning the electric scams installed in the said restaurant into the scam for about four hours. Accordingly, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force. On March 22, 2020, the Defendant received a report of 112 from the place as stated in the above paragraph (1) and asked the police officer for his desire to stop taking questions of the instant case during the police officer’s answer to the police officer, and then rejected the Defendant’s desire to take the Defendant’s restaurant business.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
