On October 27, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.150% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:00, driven a dial vehicle from the front of the C cafeteria in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si to the intersection of the west 2km-si at the west-si, Seosan-si.
