Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairperson of the C President Candidate D Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the "D Headquarters"), and E are those who were the head of the Busan Metropolitan City Headquarters.

Except for an election campaign office or election campaign liaison office provided for in Article 61 of the Public Official Election Act, no one shall establish or newly install an election promotion committee, supporters' association, research institute, counseling center or resting place, or any similar institution, organization, organization, or facility, or use the existing institution, organization, or facility, regardless of the name thereof.

Nevertheless, the Defendant and E proposed the position of the head of “D Headquarters” to E in a place where it is impossible to identify a place below Busan on November 201, 2012, and the Defendant conspired to use the office necessary for election campaign for C candidates after he/she directly colored and leased the office.

Defendant

On November 16, 2012, from around December 21, 2012 to around December 21, 2012, the Plaintiff and E performed an election campaign for the C candidate, such as: (a) on the 7th floor of Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) on the book, 265.31 square meters office without any sign, and (c) on the 265.31 square meters office; and (b) on the studio, G and H as volunteers; and (c) on the 20th day of telephone call to voters; (d) on the c candidate’s request for support to C candidate; and (e) on the c candidate’s campaign by allowing them to call to voters; and (e) encouraging them to participate in the campaign at the Busan open place; and (e) keeping and distributing a sign with the pictures of the I candidate and C candidate’s photo printed.

As a result, Defendant and E conspired to install facilities similar to the election campaign office in relation to the election campaign.
