On April 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:10 on April 11, 2014, the victim D (34 years old) who is an employee of this convenience store, has dumped waste and discharged the victim’s face, and caused an injury to the number of days of treatment for which the victim would be able to perform the surgery in a hand on the face of the victim, on the ground that the victim’s face would be bad.
