Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is an owner of a two-wheeled vehicle not registered with CTSE10.

The Defendant did not subscribe to liability insurance for the foregoing vehicle.

As such, vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance shall not be operated on the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant lent the foregoing two-wheeled vehicle to B and caused B to operate the street from August 21, 2014 to 01:00 on the same day.

2. On September 23:30, 2014, the Defendant was driving a VF-wheeled vehicle without a driver’s license in a section of approximately approximately 200 meters from the vicinity of the 726 U.S. Government Nong-si, the 73:33 of the same day to the front of the 652 U.S. Government Industrial High School.

3. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant driven a CACE 110-wheeled vehicle without a motorcycle driver’s license in the 1km section from the street in front of the 420 amam village complex to the 151-day off the same day from the street in front of the 420 KAam village complex at the time of the government-oriented city to the third complex of the 1km village to the 251-day off the street in front of the 08:06 KACE 110-powered vehicle without a motorcycle driver’s license.
