On March 2, 2012, the Defendant received an order from the victim E to purchase 9 tickets from the victim E “as of June 9, 2012, and arrived at June 16, 2012, from the Incheon International Airport and from the French Warsaw Airport, to purchase 9 tickets for shuttle aviation.” On May 9, 2012, the Defendant issued an order to request the victim to purchase 2 copies of airline tickets under the same conditions to purchase 8,276,200 won from the victim’s agricultural bank account (F) around March 6, 2012; around March 7, 2012; around March 3, 2012; around May 9, 2012; and paid 3,268,100 won from the victim’s personal debt from the Defendant’s personal consumption; and paid 3,613,000 won to the Defendant’s personal debt from Daejeon Daejeon; and paid 1,500 won from May 15, 2015.
