A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is living by lending one of the rooms B, and the victim C (n, 25 years old) was known to approximately 8 years, and the defendant and the victim were the first time before the crime was committed.

On September 30, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) carried alcoholic beverages together with subparagraph E, B, and the victim, which are their dwellings located in Daegu-gun D; (b) entered the room for himself on October 1, 2018, the next day; (c) demanded the victim to “a person who drinks the same alcoholic beverage on his own behalf; (d) the victim attempted to enter the room in which the victim refused it; and (e) the victim attempted to go into the room in which he was doing so; and (e) said, “no person is who has any inconvenience in mind, and who is locked from the room in which he was used.” The victim became the victim’s room used by the Defendant.

At around 03:00 on the same day, the defendant entered the room in which the victim is self-employed, and forced the victim's own chest and part by hand while keeping the victim's entrance, and the victim said that he "no" shouldered in diving, and carried the defendant's arms with his hand, feld the victim's hand with his body, dump the victim's hand by force, dump the victim's hand with his arms, dump the victim's arms by force, dump the victim's arms, dump the victim's arms, dump the victim's arms, and inserted the defendant's sexual organ into the part of the victim's body.
