Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a cater B.

1. A driver of a vehicle, other than a vehicle violating the Road Traffic Act, is prohibited from passing along an exclusive road.
