1. The defendant shall grant the plaintiff A KRW 34,425,181, and the plaintiff B, the plaintiff C, and the plaintiff D respectively 21,038,121 and each of them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Plaintiffs are the spouses and their children of the deceased F (Death on March 13, 2018).
F The F was hospitalized at the “H Hospital” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”), and the Defendant is an employer who establishes and operates the above Defendant Hospital.
B. On April 22, 2015, “F was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital due to symptoms, such as depression and alcohol ozone, etc.” At the time, F was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital until May 10, 2015. At the time, the medical personnel of the Defendant hospital was in a state that suicide and bathing, etc. cannot be controlled by themselves due to mental disease, and the medical personnel of the Defendant hospital were in a state that they were unable to control themselves due to mental disease. 2) On May 10, 2015, F was faced with the head of the wall (hereinafter “first abortion accident”), and around 16:34, 2015, at the Defendant hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s illness after confirming its head, and thereafter, the deceased was placed on the floor, and the deceased was then placed on the wall’s wall back to 27:27 on the same day (hereinafter “the next day”).

However, F was diagnosed as “cronic colonying condition” without recovering consciousness even at the time of the instant lawsuit.
Since then, F was hospitalized in the K Care Hospital in the Incheon Bupyeong-gu J, Incheon, but died on March 13, 2018 while the instant lawsuit was pending.
