1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits against the defendant (appointed party) D are dismissed.

2. The plaintiff B was the defendant on May 6, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is an incorporated association established to promote the protection of the business district, the promotion of friendship, and the management of a consistent market by making the store owners in the E market in the original city in the original city as its members.

2) On May 6, 2020, Plaintiff A registered as a candidate for the first floor (the vice-chairperson, director, hereinafter “the first floor”) in Defendant C’s 12-party executive election (hereinafter “instant executive election”), which was held on May 6, 202, and Plaintiff B registered as a candidate for the auditor’s election in the instant executive election.

3) The Defendant (designated parties, hereinafter “Defendant”) D and sperm are the persons elected as election management members of Defendant C, prior to the instant election of executive officers.

B. On March 18, 2020, Defendant C followed the election procedure for the executive members of the instant case, and thereafter, Defendant C sent the F, G, the first floor election management members as H, the first floor election management members, and the second floor election management members as Defendant D and the Selection J respectively.

On April 8, 2020, six election management members held a committee for the election management of Defendant C (hereinafter “election management committee”) and decided to hold a committee for the election management as a joint chairperson of the election management committee, and 6 members of the election management committee were to be the joint chairperson of the election management committee.

2) In the instant executive election, K and L were registered as the candidate for the president; Plaintiff A and M were first-class candidates; N andO were second-class candidates; Plaintiff B and P were registered as the candidate for the audit.

Plaintiff

A, upon registering a candidate, submitted a resume stating the academic background of "the course of the electronic calculation of Q university" to the Election Management Committee, and the Election Management Committee stated the Plaintiff's major academic background column in the officer election campaign bulletin as "the course of the electronic calculation of Q university".

3) On April 24, 2020, Plaintiff B provided entertainment to the Election Management Committee for the Chairperson L and N, a candidate for the second floor, to its members. The candidate registration is invalidated.
