A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 5, 2011, the Defendant sustained injury on March 5, 201, at the Defendant’s house located in Tong Young-si B around 01:00, on the grounds that the Defendant’s house located in Tong Young-si B’s house and that the Defendant’s spouse C (here at the time 47 years old) is doubtful about the Defendant’s external appearance, she was pushed down with the Defendant, and she was pushed down with the victim by her bad hand.
