The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court was justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict of the Defendant on the primary charges for the reasons indicated in its reasoning.

There is no error by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending relevant legal principles.

On the other hand, although the prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, the prosecutor does not state the grounds of objection against the petition of appeal or the statement of reasons for appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
