A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on November 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) divided the Defendant’s spouse “D” point of the Defendant’s spouse C operation in Jeju-si, on the ground that C does not have a main point; (b) taken a knife knife (17cc in blade and 30cc in total length) which is dangerous goods; (c) taken the knife out of the said main point; and (d) took the victim E (51 years old), who is the knife, flife, flife the Defendant’s life and part of the victim’s knife, and flife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife, and knife knife knife knife knif.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous knife and threatened the victim.
