1. The Plaintiff:

2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant D

A. The facts of recognition 1) Defendant D applied for the provision of national rental housing to the Plaintiff on or around January 24, 2011 (No. 10-1, hereinafter “instant supply application”).

In the above supply application, "I will confirm that the above entry is different from the facts or is found to be a housing owner as a result of computer search, or is not in excess of the standard for the asset ownership of national rental housing (see a written pledge), and will present an application for the supply of national rental housing as above to the Plaintiff on the same day." The defendant D will present to the Plaintiff on the same day a written pledge and a written consent for the provision of access to personal information (see, e.g., evidence 10-1, hereinafter referred to as "the written consent of this case").

A) The Plaintiff submitted a statement of qualification. A pledge of qualification for application is not to raise an objection even if the Plaintiff and the Defendant D satisfied the qualification for occupancy of national rental housing in accordance with the instant application for the instant supply submitted by Defendant D and the instant pledge. On April 26, 201, the Plaintiff determined that the Plaintiff satisfied the qualification for occupancy of national rental housing in accordance with the instant application for the supply submitted by Defendant D and the instant pledge, which was written out by Defendant D around April 26, 201, with Defendant D as indicated in attached Table 3, which is national rental housing.
