1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 120,000,000 and Defendant B Co., Ltd. with respect thereto from October 12, 2016.

1. There is no dispute between the parties as to the facts constituting the basis of the claim.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 120,000,000 won and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from October 12, 2016, the following day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and Defendant C is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated from September 9, 2016 to the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
