Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 19:00 on June 18, 2012, 19:0, expressed F and physical fighting in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, with F, while drinking alcohol together with F, and engaging in a dispute with F, “the bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch” under the influence of alcohol.

The victim's restaurant operation was interfered with by force over about 20 minutes by avoiding disturbances, such as cutting a small-scale bottle on his table, breaking a disturbance on the floor, making customers on other table unstened and leaving a restaurant, etc.
