Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2013, at around 18:40, the Defendant: (a) operated a motor vehicle driving license during the suspension period (from October 14, 2013 to November 22, 2013) with the two-lanes of “D” in the name of “D” in the Gu and U.S.A. C, and went into the ero 2-dong office in the name of “D” in front of the restaurant in the Gu and U.S.A.; (b) by negligence in the course of performing the duty of front-time care while neglecting the duty of front-time care under the license; and (c) caused the victim E (the son, et al.) who opened the road on the right side from the left side of the Defendant’s proceeding direction to the back wheels of the said motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered approximately three weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence from the victim’s sponsion of a bridge.
