Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered the “D convenience store” operated by the victim C in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu; (b) took advantage of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (c) 4 sets of the victim’s face-to-face (36,500 won), which is located in the display stand; and (d) from then on May 1, 2020, the Defendant stolen the victim, using the same method, on seven occasions more than a total of 493,90 won, as indicated in the list of crimes 1 in the same manner.

2. On April 4, 2020, around 18:15, the Defendant entered “G” operated by the victim F in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and presented one Myeon-day to his employees H, and the Defendant made a false statement that “I would again make a purchase in cash at this place of ice, but would cause a refund in cash again.”

However, in fact, the escape day that the defendant demanded the refund was not purchased at all times, but stolen from the I convenience store by the method such as the above 1.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 2,424,90,00 in total from around May 10, 202, from the time when he had induced H and received KRW 36,50,00, which is a cash owned by the victim from H, from May 10, 202.
