Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2016, around 18:20 on July 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the Defendant was aware of the Victim C (66 years of age) who kidled the bow in front of the Gwangju City B sales office; and (b) committed assault by the Defendant, such as putting the boom belt of the victim into two descendants and booming the booms, and booming it on several occasions.
