Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From January 2015 to May 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided three PCs at “CPCs”; (b) provided three PCs at “CPCs” located in Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (c) provided, unlike the classification classified, to enable customers to directly charge game money to members ID created without their own certification by using separate managers’ pages; (d) it is possible to collect the last remaining game money; and (e) there exists “China” channel and 500 notice; and (e) there is a separate site (D) different from the classification classification classification classification classification; and (e) changed its contents so that the game proceeds are carried out by using separate sites (F, G, H-3). If customers take advantage of or win the game money and indicate the remaining amount of money remaining, the Defendant directly exchanged the said game money to customers in cash or had them operate the said online account with their names.

2. The Defendant, while operating the illegal PC by using “E” as above, was controlled by the police around May 4, 2015, and was subject to seizure of the said three PCs, again, installed three PCs. From around that time to May 8, 2015, “E” different from the contents classified in the same manner as that indicated in the preceding paragraph was provided in the said “CPC” so that many unspecified customers could have access to the said games, and exchanged the result thereof.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the operator of the above game site in the name of the defendant, provided game products with contents different from the rating classification for customers, and exchanged the results obtained from the game.
