For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court reversed the judgment of the first instance that found the Defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case, and sentenced the Defendant not guilty.

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the above determination by the court below is justifiable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the evaluation of free evaluation of evidence

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
