Basic Facts

The joint inspection of the Plaintiff is a corporation designated as a specialized institution for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) containers, and the joint inspection conducted by the Korea Gas Safety Corporation and the Gwangju Metropolitan City Police Agency around May 2014 by the Seoul Metropolitan City Police Agency reveals that the following erroneous labeling of the filling time limit was discovered (hereinafter “the instant containers”) on three containers re-inspectedd by the Gwangju YPG charging station (hereinafter “instant containers”).
