Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2015, at around 17:17, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.114% from the 200-meter section to the front road of the World Alcoholic Poston, which is located in the World Alcoholic Poston-dong of Macheon-si, to the front road.
