A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for larceny; on September 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for larceny; on August 22, 2014, the Daegu District Court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on March 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for habitual larceny, etc. on March 25, 2015; and on April 7, 2016, the same criminal records are added five times of imprisonment with prison labor for the same kind of crime, other than the completion of the execution

1. On June 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around 14:30 on June 15, 2016, the Defendant intruded into “E Gameland” managed by the victim D located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and carried 700,000 won in cash and one lot of credit card 1 and one lot of card 500,000 won in market value on which the victim F is located in the game machine by taking advantage of the gaps of the care of the victim D's negligence of playing in the game.

As a result, the Defendant intruded into a structure managed by the victim D, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor more than three times due to larceny, etc., and stolen the victim F's property during the repeated crime period.

2. On June 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around 13:50 on June 19, 2016, and carried out a bank containing 30,000 won of cash, which is owned by the victim’s name and influence in the game, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s name and influence were laid down on the next floor by a cresh in the game.

As a result, the Defendant intruded into a structure managed by the victim D, sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor for larceny, and stolen property in the name of the victim during the repeated crime period.

3. On June 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) (i.e., theft) on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., theft) by intrusion at the above places on June 20, 2016, and (ii) neglected the victim F to pay attention to games.
