Punishment of the crime

The Defendant works as a dental clinic at the “C dental clinic” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and became aware of the victim D (67 years) who was sent to the patient as the patient.

On August 27, 2015, at around 06:30 on August 27, 2015, the Defendant, at the victim’s house located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu E and fourth floor, was drinking together with the victim, and the victim heard that “the Defendant is leading her children to underground room and criticized,” and the victim thought that she would disregard her.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported by telephone 112 on the same day for the purpose of having the victim punished even though he had sexual intercourse with the victim by inducing the victim to sexual intercourse on the same day 08:30 on the same day, and reported that the victim was raped in around 8:45 on the same day.
