Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2004, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court as a matter of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 02:50 on February 27, 2020, the Defendant driven a 1m-hour of 1m in the state of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol by 0.128% of his Bone Star car parked on the road located in the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 37-ro 39, Michuhol-gu.
