Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a medical person, is prohibited from providing medical services, and a medical person is also prohibited from providing medical services other than those licensed, however, the defendant, other than a medical person, has provided two medical beds from around November 2017 to May 1, 2018, and has provided guidance for 10,000 won to unspecified customers who find the place.
