The defendant is a person who drives a unregistered 125CC.

On June 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the above Obaba in a section of about 80 meters from the front side of the road in Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the upper end of the road 71-11 under the influence of alcohol concentration (blood collection appraisal) 0.121% during blood transfusion (blood appraisal) on June 11, 2017.
