The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., a fine of 1.5 million won) by the lower court is excessively unreasonable.

2. It is recognized that the defendant's wrong recognition and reflects the defendant's wrong, and that the degree of damage is relatively much severe.

However, it is not determined that the sentence of the court below is improper because it is too unreasonable considering the fact that the defendant was punished twice by a fine for the same kind of crime, the damage recovery or not agreed with the victim up to the trial, and other circumstances such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, motive, means and method of the crime of this case, and the circumstances after the crime.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
