A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of two hundred thousand won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 14, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Changwon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Criminal facts

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant was punished for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) as above, the Defendant driven a E rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.154% in the 1km section from C through D around July 28, 2020 to D around July 23:45, 200.

2. On July 28, 2020, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a rocketing car on the violation of the Road Traffic Act, was driving the said car at around 23:45 on July 28, 2020, leading the F1 of the Masan-si Masan-si.

At the time, since other automobiles were at night and around, there were duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the front line and accurately manipulating the steering and brake system to those engaged in driving of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop the vehicle under the influence of alcohol as stated in the above paragraph (1) and maintained an appropriate interval while stopping the vehicle at the right side of the victim G driving, and destroyed the above low-speed vehicle with a shocking 486,370 won without driving it, thereby immediately stopping the vehicle and leaving the site without providing personal information to the victim.
