1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2015, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven the B K5 car from approximately 2 km to the Green Road located in the same Gu, from the front side of the bridge located in the Dong-dong of Gwangju, to the Green Cross in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.152% of blood alcohol concentration.
